I am a fully trained exercise professional and I offer private and group exercise sessions to allow people to feel more flexible, more healthy and regain strength.

Who am I?

Hello!

I am a UK registered and qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates Reformer /Yoga Teacher, Nutrition and Exercise Coach.

When I am not delivering exercise classes, I work within the community as a nutrition and wellbeing coach, helping people navigate healthier lifestyles . I look at individual physical activity levels, and help review nutrition and lifestyle choices.

I believe, you don’t always have to have a hard workout to look and feel better .

I look forward to helping you on your journey.

What I offer…. Online/Private Classes

  • Group Classes

    Maybe you would like to join a small group class to keep you motivated.

    A community of likeminded people sharing a common goal to commit to regular training.

    Everyone needs help sometimes even if they need restorative exercise for post injury or simply to help cardio fitness.

    I run weekly sessions in the local studios for strength using weights and yoga with Pilates. You can join me anytime contact me for details.

  • Build it Privately

    Maybe you prefer a private session designed with your specific needs. Do you suffer from back pain, or menopausal side effects?

    We can design an hourly session during the week and you can fit in a workout or stretch for your lifestyle.

    You need simply to commit to 12 weeks of regular sessions to help create a habit and for the benefits to start being noticed.

What next?

Follow 5 simple steps to more forward !

1.Find a suitable time when you can afford time to sit quietly for a while?

2. Find, a yoga mat. A cushion will do very well. Wear comfortable clothes.

3. Find a calm space for a mat. Set the timer or phone for 5 mins.

4. Sit on your mat cross legged and close your eyes ….connect to your body listen to your breath extending the exhales when you can. 4 breaths in through the nose and 4 breathes out through the mouth - repeat 3 times!

5. Make a decision to change your routine for the better
